Quotes and bookings

Checking a fare or opening WhatsApp does not charge you or confirm a booking on its own. Published fares are fixed by corridor or category and are validated by the server before booking. Routes without a published fare are arranged through WhatsApp.

Minimum advance notice

Online booking requires at least 8 hours of advance notice. For a ride within 8 hours, arrange the service through WhatsApp. Service dates and times use New York local time.

Fares and supplements

United States federal holidays, on their actual or observed date, carry a USD 15 supplement. December 31 carries USD 20 all day instead of the holiday supplement; the two do not accumulate. The date supplement is displayed separately and added to the base fare before the 8% card-payment surcharge, which is applied once. Gratuities are not included.

Passengers and luggage

For transfers, Comfort accommodates up to 2 passengers, 2 suitcases and 2 personal items. Three or four suitcases require Comfort XL; Standard SUV accommodates up to 5 suitcases. The selector proposes a category compatible with passengers and luggage. Personal items are counted separately from carry-on and large bags. With 7 occupied seats, small luggage only is accepted: up to 5 carry-on bags, plus personal items. Requirements exceeding these conditions are arranged through WhatsApp; luggage itself does not generate a manual surcharge.

Categories and itineraries

Images and 360° views are category references. Suggested itineraries may adjust to traffic and preferences. Confirm accessibility requests and the details of manually coordinated tours with IAE.
