Necessary and preference cookies

Optional statistics
WP Statistics is enabled for your visit only if you accept optional statistics. It helps us understand which pages are visited and operates without tracking cookies. Statistical records are stored on the site server with IP anonymization and hash identifiers renewed daily.
Detailed statistics have a configured retention period of 180 days. Maintenance removes older detail while retaining historical aggregate counts. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: when these signals are present, optional statistics are not recorded even if previously selected.
This configuration does not add advertising or marketing trackers.
Help assistant
Topic buttons show preset answers in your browser. When AI assistance is enabled and you press “Send”, your question and up to four previous messages from this conversation are sent to the IAE server. The server uses Google Gemini to identify topics about our services; it sends only derived topic signals, not the original conversation text. The answer you see comes from approved IAE information. If that assistance is unavailable, local answers and support links are used.
Do not enter personal details, passwords, booking numbers or card information in this panel. The assistant does not access accounts, receipts or reservations, make bookings or process payments. Provide the details needed for service only in the booking and secure payment forms.
IAE does not keep a conversation history. The panel holds messages only in page memory, without chat cookies or persistent storage, and clears them when closed. Closing the panel cancels the browser’s wait for a response; a request that has already reached the server or Google may still be processed. To limit abuse, the server keeps temporary technical counters for up to 48 hours using hashed identifiers that change daily, without storing question text or the original IP address in those counters. Google’s handling of the signals it receives is subject to its terms and policies.
Support links open WhatsApp only when you choose to click them. Review the message and decide whether to send it; the assistant does not send messages on your behalf. WhatsApp is an external service with its own terms and privacy policy. Contact technical support
Maps and address searches
Maps and address searches involve external mapping and geocoding providers. Depending on the feature used, they may receive queries and technical data needed to display the map or find an address, and apply their own privacy policies. This feature is separate from optional statistics.
Change your preferences
You can open preferences from the site’s “Privacy” button or from here. Turning statistics off stops optional recording of new visits and actions; it does not by itself delete aggregate counts already stored.
