Requests and contact

The forms store the information you provide on the IAE website to handle your request: name, contact information, trip or proposal details and authorizations. The IAE team can access them through its administration panel.

If you continue on WhatsApp, a message containing your request details will open for you to send to the IAE team. You can review that message before sending it.

When you continue to booking, your trip and contact details are loaded in compra.iaeprime.com, the IAE booking portal. You can review them there before confirming a reservation or making a payment. The temporary link expires after ten minutes.

Preferences and reviews

The website remembers the language you select through a cookie and retains your privacy preferences for 180 days. Reviews are stored for review and only published with your authorization. Requests may include the campaign reference present in the access link.

Ask about your data

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you sent to IAE, contact the team and provide your request number.

Visit statistics

With your permission, we use WP Statistics to understand our most visited pages and general traffic sources. You can accept, decline or withdraw this permission using the Privacy button. Statistics are stored on our server without tracking cookies, with IP addresses anonymized and hashed. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track signal and exclude booking and payment pages. Detailed records are retained for 180 days.
